add traceOffset and traceLength options

Hi,

Please add the options "traceOffset" and "traceLength"... so you can skip a certain part of the debug backtrace by default which makes integration of the standalone FirePHP class in various frameworks (log wrappers) much easier. (This is basicly what Zend does too)

If u like, i have a path for 0.3.2 PHP5 available...

These options are available for the 1.0 library.

I presume you are wanting them for the 0.3.2 one? If that is the case I would be happy to take a patch. It needs to be well tested.
